Tar Heel Construction Group, LLC was established by Joe Ayler, a GAF Master Elite Roofer with over 14 years experience in the roofing industry. Since its conception Tar Heel Construction has focused on three core business principles; accountability, job quality, and customer satisfaction.

As a company, our mission is to establish a reputation that comes from taking pride in the work we perform. Knowing our customers drive our business, it is paramount that every customer is 100% excited about the finished product. We are fully invested in our local community. Joe is a sitting board member for our local Maryland BBB and Tarheel as a company are involved in local events regularly.
