We recently had our roof replaced by Tar Heel Construction. In all aspects of the job from meeting our sales representative, to the quality of the work performed Tar Heel exceeded expectations. The job site was kept clean of debris, all of the components from roof,replacement boards,gutters,etc were finished in a professional manner.
We were also impressed with two people from Tar Heel . Our Sales Rep Dalton who proved a reasonable quote and explained the entire process as it would occur. The project manager Scott who supervised the job and kept us informed of the job progress.
We would highly recommend Tar Heel to any neighbors, friends and family.

I recently hired Tar Heel to do my roof and siding, a whole house makeover so to speak, Brian Bentz was my point of contact. Brian was so helpful ever step of the way, he even went so far as to do mockups so I would have a better understanding of how it would look which helped tremendously in my decisions. The first day my new roof was put on ( awesome job- looks fabulous in hunter green ), the second day the crew done my new siding- the crew is to be recommended as they did a great job and clean up after the job was completed, was like they were never there. The few things my husband and I nit picked, Brian come and fixed the next day. I live in cecil county and had the pleasure of working with Josh. We had nasty storm damage from hail, and Josh with Tar Heel put my mind at ease with dealing with my insurance company and any other silly questions I had along the way!
Had our roof done today, everyone we dealt with throughout the whole process was great. They had a great price, great customer service, were FAST, and did a great job. Our new roof looks amazing and they cleaned up so well that you can't even tell they were ever here.
Our home was built in 1996 and it still had the original roof. We had 3 different companies come out and Tar Heel was number 3. The first one went on the roof and inspected it and the second one used a drone. Dalton from Tar Heel blew us away with how thorough he was. He went in our attic, looked at the spots that were concerning us in our bump out and inspected the entire roof. He spoke with us the longest about what he saw and what we could expect. He was very professional and friendly. We decided that evening that this was so far our #1 choice even before we received the quote. The quote came the next day and we knew right then, Tar Heel was it. The quote was very detailed and had pictures of our roof attached. Everyone that we spoke to was very friendly and it all just felt like the right choice. Our install was changed a couple of days due to weather, gotta love MD but they were on top of keeping us updated. On the day of install, Scott introduced himself and asked to go in the attic and also to see the bump out. He was very thorough as well and explained everything. The team was very efficient, friendly and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything and came the next day to inspect the yard for any nails again as well as give us a little goodie bag. I highly recommend Tar Heel and have told neighbors as well as family that this is the roofing company to choose.
They are all around excellent! Dalton came out to quote my roofing job and explained the process and made me feel comfortable. The work started fairly soon after, finished on time and looked great. There were a couple of minor issues like normally happens but the difference is that they quickly came out and made some small fixes.
The price seemed right and I enjoyed their professionalism.
