Bel Air, MD – The Harford County community came together on September 14th to celebrate Tar Heel Construction Group’s 10-year anniversary at a special event held at Independent Brewing Company. During the well-attended celebration, the Jarrettsville Recreation Council (JRC) was gifted with free remodeling work. JRC emerged victorious after Joe Ayler, President of Tar Heel Construction Group, invited the community to nominate candidates deserving of a free roof. Following a thorough review of nominations, the recreation council was selected. But instead of a roof, Tar Heel will provide a remodel for their on-field multi-use building, which houses equipment storage and a press box. The Jarrettsville Recreation Council is a volunteer-run nonprofit that offers recreational activities for Jarrettsville and nearby communities.
